Tiranga Game Help: Deposits and Support
The Tiranga Game Wallet screen has Deposit and Withdraw buttons with a history behind each, and the home page has a customer service item. If money is stuck, follow the steps below in order, and do not pay a second time.
The box above reads a UPI payment link and says who would be paid, how much, and what looks odd. It sends nothing anywhere. It starts on a payee called “Customer Care Team” whose UPI ID is a mobile number.
The Wallet screen, label by label
At the time of writing (8 October 2026), the Wallet screen opened without a login and read as follows. We opened no deposit screen and no withdrawal screen.

Wallet is not in the bottom bar. The bar held Home, Activity, a Get ₹500 wheel, Promotion and Account. We did not open Account, so we cannot say which button leads to Wallet on your phone.
A deposit has not shown: eight steps
- Do not pay again. A second payment can end up stuck as well, and then there are two to chase.
- Open the payment in your bank or UPI app. Read its status: success, pending or failed.
- Copy the reference number (the UTR) from that detail page.
- Pending or failed? That is a bank question. Wait for a final status, or ask the bank.
- Success? Only the platform can look at its side. Open Deposit history on the Wallet screen first.
- Take screenshots, with the time showing: the payment detail, the Wallet totals and the history.
- Write to support from inside the page. Give the amount, the date and time, the reference and the number you registered with.
- Stay in that thread. If someone else writes to you first, the thread you started is the only one that counts.
One of the page’s 2024 notices says that a deposit which does not arrive should be taken to a “Self-service Center”, and names an address. We did not open it. Begin with the support items in the page you typed yourself.

The page’s closing text claims fast deposit and withdrawal, and no notice gave a time. Those are the page’s words, and we cannot check them.
Withdrawals
Open Withdrawal history after you ask and note the time. If it does not move, write to support with the amount and the time. Be wary of any message that says a withdrawal is stuck until you pay something in. A message like “Your withdrawal is pending. Recharge first to unlock your balance” rates High, at 60 points, on the scam box on the verification code page. No fee, recharge or deposit releases money you are owed.
Read a payment link before you pay
The decoder reads the text of a link, not the owner of a UPI ID. These three are made up:

A collect request takes money from you and never brings any in. The name typed into a link is text that anyone can write. Your UPI app’s confirm screen shows a name that comes from the bank’s side, and that is the one to compare with who you meant to pay.
Set the line before the deposit
The game tiles on the home page, including the percentages labelled RTP on six of them, are the page’s own displays, and we use none of them. We could not read any game’s rules, so this is an illustration with a ten-outcome colour round, not Tiranga Game’s own numbers. At ₹50 a round, 10 rounds stake ₹500, cost ₹34 on average, and end ahead 37% of the time. At 60 rounds, ₹3,000 is staked, ₹207 is the average cost, and 28% of sessions end ahead. If money has already gone
Call your bank first to block the card or UPI ID. Then call 1930, the national cyber-fraud helpline, and report at cybercrime.gov.in. Keep every screenshot.

We cannot say which button leads there on your screen. At the time of writing (8 October 2026), the bar showed Home, Activity, a Get ₹500 wheel, Promotion and Account. We reached the Wallet screen by its address and did not open Account, so look there first.
What is the 3rd party wallet on the Tiranga Game Wallet screen?
We could not open it. The screen listed it beside Main wallet, with ₹0.00 until login, and a Main wallet transfer button. On platforms of this kind, games run by outside providers often keep a separate balance. Whether that is so here, only your own screen or support can say.
How long does a Tiranga Game withdrawal take?
We cannot tell you. No notice we saw gave a time. The page’s closing text says it supports fast deposit and withdrawal, which is its own claim. Open Withdrawal history after you ask, note the time, and write to support from inside the page if it stays unchanged.
Should I use the Self-service Center that a Tiranga Game notice mentions?
We did not open it and cannot say who runs it. One of the page’s 2024 notices names an address for that, and this site recommends no address a notice names. Start from the support items inside the page you typed yourself.
Someone messaged me first and offered to release my stuck withdrawal for a fee. Is that support?
No page we saw offers anything of the kind, and no fee releases money you are owed. A message asking you to pay in before you can take out rates High on the scam box on the verification code page. Do not pay, and keep the chat.
I paid a UPI ID that a stranger sent me. What now?
Call your bank straight away to block the UPI ID, then call 1930 and report at cybercrime.gov.in. Keep the payment’s detail page with its reference. Do not pay again to recover the first payment.
